Setting Video Intercom Volume

Purpose:

You can set video intercom volume as required.

Note: The function is for video intercom device only.

Steps:

  1. Enter the Hik-Connect page, and then enter the Settings page in one of following ways.
    • Option 1

      • On the Hik-Connect page, if you are in the list mode, slide the device's name to left and tap 1.

    • Option 2

      • On the Hik-Connect page, if you are in the thumbnail mode, tap the device's name or tap .

    • Option 3

      • Enter the Live View page. Tap and tap Settings.

  2. On the Settings page, tap Loudspeaker Volume or Microphone Volume to adjust the loudspeaker and the microphone volume.

    3. You can increase the loudspeaker volume to receive a clearer sound when communicating.

    You can also increase the microphone volume to send a clearer sound when communicating.
